Who is behind Sentsai
Sentsai is made by Sentsai Inc., an independent software company in Toronto. It does one thing: find the Microsoft licensing spend organizations pay for and do not use, without changing anything in their tenant.

What Microsoft has checked
Sentsai is a Microsoft verified publisher: Microsoft has confirmed the company behind the app before showing the verified badge on its sign-in and consent screens. Sentsai is also listed on Microsoft Marketplace, which reviews every listing before publishing it.
Sentsai is an independent product. It is not made, sponsored or endorsed by Microsoft; it works with Microsoft 365 through Microsoft’s published APIs.
How Sentsai is paid
Only out of savings. The scan is free and shows what it found in total. If you want the itemized report, the fee in the first year is 5% of the annual savings identified, with a $99 minimum. After that, renewal is a flat yearly price by directory size, and automatic renewal is off unless you turn it on. No sales call, and nothing to pay before you see your free summary. Full pricing.
What we never do: write to your tenant, keep access between scans, send your directory to an AI model, sell or share your data, or run advertising and analytics tags inside the app. How a scan works lists every permission and every rule.
