Licensing changes
Every licensing change Microsoft announces about Microsoft Teams, newest first: prices, retirements, offers, Product Terms updates and program changes.
From Microsoft’s announcements. Last checked 7 Nov 2026, 19:36 UTC.
Each entry is Microsoft’s own headline and date, linked to the announcement. Message Center posts link to their copy in the Message Center Archive. Tags are added by fixed keyword rules.
Six of Microsoft’s own publications, plus Message Center posts from the Message Center Archive, a community archive. If one stops answering, the feed keeps what it has and this page says which source is behind.

Sentsai adds new entries automatically when it reads its sources, with Microsoft’s own title and date. We do not promise a schedule, so the time of the last check is at the top of the page. Confirm anything that affects a purchase on Microsoft’s own announcement.
Yes. The search box looks for every word you type in the titles and in Message Center numbers, across all dates unless you pick a date range, in the tab you are on. Combine it with the product, program and source filters.
Licensing changes holds price changes and promotions, retirements and end of support, new or renamed offers and add-ons, Product Terms updates, and changes to how programs such as CSP or the Enterprise Agreement work, from every source. All updates adds everything else: every Microsoft 365 Message Center post, partner training and events, and Microsoft 365 roadmap items about licensing that are feature news rather than licensing changes.
Each entry links to the announcement itself, which is the authoritative wording. Sentsai only adds tags so you can filter by product, program and source.
By fixed keyword rules that read Microsoft’s title and the details Microsoft publishes with it, such as the audience or the agreement it applies to. An entry that names no product in those details is listed under Other.
Yes, every post. Those about licensing, pricing, plans, capacity or end of support are under Licensing changes; the rest are under All updates as service updates. They come from the Message Center Archive (mc.merill.net), a community project that collects Message Center posts and publishes them under the MIT License, and each one links to its copy there. Microsoft targets some posts at particular organizations, so your own Microsoft 365 admin center remains the complete list for your tenant.
